Session 1 - Clarity Catalyst -  90 Minutes

We look at your goals, client journey, branding and clarify the best tools for you.

  • We’ll start by clarifying your goals.  We’ll look at your personal and business goals and how the sessions can move you closer to manifesting those goals.

  • Next, we’ll evaluate your current assets, how they help you achieve your goals and how they don’t.

  • We’ll begin to evolve your strategy using the workbook.

  • And, start to illuminate what to add or change in your client journey so you have.  

  • You’ll get actionable tasks to empower your progress.

Session 2 - 90 minutes

Once you have clarity, then we have the information to illuminate what projects are your highest and lowest priorities.

Here, we uncover tasks for each project so you refine your assets.

Each person has their known gifts and we tend to lean on these because that is what is easy to do. This is our springboard into the world as an adult. As we grow as business owners, these get honed first and we discover other gifts or aptitudes we had not yet uncovered. We are not as accomplished in these newly discovered gifts. Then there are the things we still struggle with doing, the aspects of running a business that we avoid, ignore and therefore suffer.

All three of these types of aspects make the unique person that each business owner is.  Each of these can evolve even more to our benefit. As any one of these is enhanced, we grow and as we grow, our business grows.

I have often said to people, the most important thing you can do as a manager of others, is to see what your employee’s strengths are, Start by providing them tasks where they can use their strengths to gain confidence, then add more challenging tasks and provide them guidance and support to evolve to be able to use another skillset. This process doesn’t end and is the key to mentoring people into amazing employees. “This same thing applies to all of us, those in the middle, at the top and solopreneursAs solopreneurs, we all need some guidance and this is where I help.

Have you ever taken one of those left brain/right brain quizzes?  I have taken at least ten over the years and I always come out 50/50, left/right brained.  After this happened for the third time, I finally got that ah-ha moment where I realized why I did almost every art form, went to art school and had a very successful career in technology. I can speak with both circular and liner thinkers because both come naturally to me.  This is one of the unique gifts I offer you, no matter which way you think, I get you.
